Gregory Melanson is an investment professional at Marcus & Millichap specializing in multi-tenant and single-tenant net leased assets in New York City. Gregory is a team member of New York Retail Advisors focusing on the Brooklyn market, especially Southern Brooklyn.

Gregory works with his clients to maximize value prior to sale and help formulate a plan for their real estate asset in both the short and long-term. He also creates a competitive bidding environment for every exclusive listing, resulting in the highest price and best terms in the most efficient timeframe for his clients. In addition, Gregory works on guiding clients through the 1031 Exchange process primarily for investors repositioning into low management assets across the country by leveraging Marcus & Millichap's industry leading inventory of single-tenant triple-net leased properties.

Gregory graduated from the Elon University Martha & Spencer Love School of Business with a focus in Marketing in 2016. In his free time, Gregory enjoys playing hockey and golf, as well as hanging out with friends.
